I never knew a bicycle rack could post a warning, nevermind be so specific about posting that it was "restricted" after midnight, but given this is Washington, anything could happen.

Given President Trump has been able to describe a wall that doesn't exist (ten feet, folks!) which Fox News so fabulously reiterated, at Fox News who cares if things are impossible, so long as people are buying what they write.

First off, the writer of this comment could clearly write grammatical English, but hasn't the least bit of interest in responding to my post, so the writer is clearly some scam artist.

The more you study languages, and I've studied many, the more you can see scams.

If the writer were actually Chinese, s/he would have not put the first four words as "sorry for English poor". 对(對)某人表示同情 , but rather,
for someone sympathy... "

To me that spells someone who speaks a European language, because in French one says,
please forgive, my English is poor", M'escuse, ma francaise, c'est mal.

In Russian one says, Пожалуйста, прости мой бедный русский
Pozhaluysta, prosti moy bednyy russkiy, Excuse me, allow me my bad Russian, etc...

So, the quickest match is Russian. Another f....ing Russian troll. Go eat your piroshkis and get out of my room/house/space.

A Paper Bag Floor Over Asbestos Linoleum

My new "paper bag" kitchen floor, with a tutorial following. Oil-based stain reddish; tempera paint stain brownish.   Old rug on left, new linoleum on right. My father's 1910 house has old asbestos linoleum tiles in the downstairs apartment kitchen. During the years he rented out the apartment to students, he put down rug in half the kitchen to cover those tiles, and then newer non-asbestos linoleum tiles in the other half (where the stove and sink were). When I moved in six years ago to rehab the apartment (since it had been trashed), I pulled up the nasty rug and threw a coir rug over that area and waited for money to have the entire area retiled.
